Returns or exchanges are subject solely to our Refund/Returns Policy posted on the Site.

Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

TresChik is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, any sales and purchases you make are made directly with TresChik, not Shopify.
You acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and TresChik, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from your purchase and transactions with TresChik.
SECTION 10 — PRIVACY POLICY
Personal information collected through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify may collect and process personal information about your access and use of the Services in order to provide and improve the platform. Information you submit may be processed in countries other than where you reside.
