Once your order ships out we are no longer responsible for it.

You are responsible for providing Your correct address.

If your order gets delivered to the wrong address provided by You, there is absolutely nothing we can do about it.

If your package gets sent back to us due to the wrong address You put down, and you want that item Again, You will be responsible for the shipping fees.

We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Damaged Items.
Unfortunately, sometimes our products get damage on its way to its destinations. If this occurs, in order for us to send you a replacement email us at @Treschikcustomers@gmail.com

In the email YOU MUST include: YOUR Name, Order number, A picture of broken items (if proof is not provided, unfortunately we will not replace the broken product)
Only a replacement can be provided in this case.
